The Deutsche Business Consulting GmbH (DBC) is an owner-managed management consultancy. The DBC is a medium-sized company with their headquarters in Bad Homburg (north of Frankfurt/Main).

The company was founded in 2004. The founders come from the procurement and IT departments (SAP department) of a Dax company.

As a specialized consultancy DBC has very experienced experts for SAP procurement systems. The consultants have very good knowledge especially in the areas of procurement, procurement and invoicing processes, SAP customizing, SAP development, workflows, data analysis and reporting, SAP Cloud products and interfaces to and between SAP systems.

With all this knowledge and information, we help customers to digitalize their procurement systems.

Our goal for the customer: Customized IT solutions for procurement and invoice regulation. 

The introduction of an IT-supported procurement system often means a strategically important, but costly and technical challenge for the procurement department. According to our experience from more than 20 years of procurement IT, the biggest task, in addition to the right selection of the software, is to find a compromise between the use of the standard software and the own additional requirements.

Factors to consider when choosing a product include: sustainability, further development potential of the provider, very user-friendly usability, integrated catalog solutions, forms for free texts, connection to suppliers (e.g.) via a marketplace for digitalization, integration and interfaces to the company's own ERP system, cost/benefit comparison and IT architecture.
