The task was to implement a new SAP SRM 7 system for the eProcurement area.

The goal was to optimize process costs, replace the legacy system with pinpoint accuracy, achieve a high level of transparency, and adhere to compliance rules.

The challenge was to align the purchasing processes for many subsidiaries and to select the optimal customer-specific product for the company. To do this, the key requirements had to be aligned and prioritized. Many SAP ERP systems from the group were connected and necessary customer-specific adjustments were made.

The selected SAP SRM was implemented on schedule and on budget. The project goals were exceeded and the users quickly adopted the system.
